Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 34 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 12 lemons)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  2. This makes enough for 1kg of pasta plus veggies.

Notes

Add or subtract ingredients to taste.
